Our recent trip to Bermuda inspired me to add some of those beachy bold and natural elements into my line. I searched for weeks to purchase large shell beads on-line and finally found some through Beads and Pieces. The creamy donut-shell beads are shipped from the Phillipines. I used ivory mother of pearl diamond shaped shell beads, milky white and gold pearls, polished brown wood beads and champagne colored faceted crystal rondelle beads. Inspired by my client's request for a chapel wedding jewelry piece with gold, champagne and ivory as her colors, she absolutely loved the necklace. This piece was made with two strands of round glass ivory colored pearls, gold-plated crystal rondelle spacers, and an iridiscent studded tear-drop pendant. God bless you and your family and I'm sending it out soon. Love ya, girlie! The large white donut shell beads were imported from the Philippines after several weeks of web browsing for the exact style. This white statement was special-ordered by a nice lady at Joint Base San Antonio (Ft. Sam) — in San Antonio. My special friend, Miss Adriana, will be marrying in a few weeks. Congratulations! She deserves every bit of happiness in her life because she is such a sweet and intelligent soul. She asked for a custom necklace set to be designed around this gorgeous shoe. My thoughts are to mimic the style with a multi-strand antique pearl statement necklace with a blingy brooch to match her sophisticated heels. I will post the necklace soon. |
